How does my child’s TOD keep track of my child’s progress?

Your TOD will keep formative data on a child’s progress in regards to the goals and objectives written in their IEP.  TODs keep informal logs and take regular language samples, as well as perform informal functional listening assessments to document progress, reveal error patterns, and provide the best possible services for your child.  This information is extremely useful when collaborating with your child’s child study team. Progress is shared with the parents via a quarterly progress report sent home by the school district.
